I took a ten-year break, but I finally got back to it. After repeatedly opening, polishing, and closing the files for my “works-in-progress” for years on end, I finally wrangled my editors and publisher (Alexian Books) to publish the final versions of two books.
I’m proud to announce that in mid-March of this year Flashback and Alfheim Resurrections joined my original debut novel, Alfheim out in the world. Flashback, a science fiction adventure was actually the first novel I wrote – inspired by my participation on an archaeological investigation of a 1500 year old shipwreck in the Red Sea. Resurrections is the second book of a three-book Young Adult fantasy series which follows the journey of a troubled young man who discovers who and what he really is.

By posting here, I hopeful of joining a community of writers and creators. I fully enjoyed the bubble of personal one-on-one relationships during my time in an MFA program and really miss that kind of environment. Here I can have a digital one!
My goal is to post regularly about everything I’ve experienced during my struggles to learn my craft, the bruises I got from getting my work published, the tools I used to develop and write my stories, and talk about the dozen other novels I have planned.
Happy to be back…please come and say hello!!
